Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Quantified Insights Lab website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Quantified Insights Lab provides:

• Data analysis training programs (online and in-person)
• Healthcare analytics consulting for organizations
• Research support services for health science students
• Reference research papers and academic materials
• Career mentorship programs

Program Enrollment & Payments

• All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through Paystack.
• Program enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment and acceptance (where applicable).
• Some programs require an application review before payment is accepted.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment and before the start of the program. Refunds are processed within 10 business days. Programs that have already begun are not eligible for a full refund; partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Research Store

All research documents sold through our store are intended as reference materials and study guides. Buyers are expected to use them responsibly and in accordance with their institution's academic integrity policies. Quantified Insights Lab does not condone plagiarism or academic dishonesty.

Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued to participants who meet the stated requirements (attendance thresholds, project submissions, etc.). Certificates can be verified on our website. We reserve the right to revoke certificates in cases of academic dishonesty or fraud.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and research papers — is the property of Quantified Insights Lab and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Quantified Insights Lab provides educational services and reference materials. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, grades, or employment. Our services are provided "as is" and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
